Blue-ness pictures of 2017 Calgary Stampede Parade. It was not just a street show but a ‘march’ of Calgary history, tradition and culture.

The Calgary Stampede, the worlds largest outdoor rodeo, is an annual tourist attraction of Calgary, Alberta since 1923.
2020 was the break year, the first in 100 years, due to Covid restrictions. The iconic celebrations were back on the streets and the Saddledome arena in July 9-18, 2021. Though a watered down version of its previous avatars, the Stampede 2021 is packed with all the cascading daredevilry of rodeo events such as bareback, steer wrestling, bull riding, the fascinating Parade (this year virtual for public) with its floats, marching bands, riders. The fun continued with all-round favourite rides, music and finger-licking food.
