So it is finally taken….the decision to move to Pune, West India.

We bid adieu to Gurgaon or present Gurugram , the millennium city that lures settlers and migrant, young and old from across India to settle in its numerous high rises, villas, bungalows and shanties. It is burgeoning, infrastructure improving at a snails pace or to the excitable… leaps and bounds.

Underpasses, over passes, walkways, metro train connectivity, hyper and super markets …. but then did we or do we want to be a part of this millennia growth.

No longer starry eyed we look for a sense of place in the quiet of nature, anchored to earthly joys.

Nothing is quite as it seems but then hope is the guiding light.

We are in Pune.
